The company PKB Sp. z o.o. Sp.K. based in Warsaw at 18 Solec Street, apt. B21, 00-410 Warsaw, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5213716854, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 363320717, email: sklep@pkb.group, phone number: +48 603 767 018, running an online store operating at www.mihel.pl ("online store") collects your data. This privacy policy specifies what types of data provided by you are collected and for what purpose and in what way they are used by PKB Sp. z o.o. Sp.K.

Customers of the online store, in order to place an order for any goods or services in the online store, must first fill out the order form in the online store. For this purpose, the Customer is required to provide such data as:

Customers of the online store can also create an account in the online store. Before creating an account in the online store, they should familiarize themselves with the terms specified in the Regulations of the online store and accept them. To create an account, the following is required:

When a Customer contacts PKB Sp. z o.o. Sp.K. via the online store, email, phone, or fax, the following data is provided:

Data collected during the registration of an account in the online store is used by the online store solely to enable the Customer to log into their account on the online store. Data collected during purchase transactions will be used to fulfill the concluded agreement between the Customer and the online store, including, among others, properly documenting the concluded agreement, the Customer's payment of the agreed price, documenting this fact, as well as sending the goods to the Customer or providing the service. For this purpose, Customer data may be transferred only to a payment transaction service provider to charge the Customer's credit card. If the Customer agrees to receive commercial information or newsletters, the data provided by the Customer is used to inform about new products, services, and promotions offered by the online store as part of its operations. Automatically collected data may be used to analyze user behavior on the online store's website, gather demographic data about users, or personalize website content. This data is automatically collected about each Customer.

Simultaneously, in cases specified by the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data, the online store may disclose data to entities authorized to request their disclosure.

In the case of a purchase transaction of goods or services, the online store may contact the Customer via email or phone regarding the transaction. If the Customer consents to receiving commercial information or newsletters, the data provided by the Customer is used to inform about new products, services, and promotions offered by the online store.

Every customer has the right to access and rectify their data – on the website under the 'My Account' section after prior registration and logging into the store. Personal data entrusted to us is stored and secured in accordance with the principles specified in the applicable laws.

In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), we inform that:

Providing personal data is a condition for concluding an agreement.

You are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

The online store's website may use cookies to identify the Customer's browser when they use the online store's website. Cookies do not contain any personal data.

In the event of a change in the above privacy policy, the online store will inform Customers of the change by publishing the new privacy policy on this page.
