Time and delivery costs
Delivery time
We deliver goods ordered on the online store www.mihel.pl through courier companies.
The time of receiving the shipment consists of:
- Order processing time
- goods assembly, payment method, issuing sales documentation, packaging the parcel
- Delivery time
- dependent on the chosen delivery method
An VAT invoice or fiscal receipt is issued along with the goods. In case either of these documents is missing, please report it to complete the missing information.
Delivery cost
You will find out the total cost of order delivery after adding products to the cart and selecting your preferred delivery method and payment option - the exact payable amount will be visible in the summary. Below is a list of standard delivery costs along with the estimated delivery time for your order:
Note: The delivery cost might increase for products with non-standard dimensions and/or greater weight. The current price list includes shipping costs for courier companies for up to 30 kg.
